Ever wonder what it's like to steal an expensive watch? This piece walks you through the hilarious challenges of operating a Patek Philippe 5004P, from its finicky perpetual calendar to its temperamental chronograph. For enthusiasts with a sense of humour!
Haha! Wonderfully written and a joy to read. I'm looking down at my 5513 with great pleasure, safe in the knowledge that I will never experience this kind of headache. Bravo!
That was fun, I enjoyed the lightheartedness of this as it pokes a bit fun at our love for these mechanical wonders. Today I’m wearing a manual wound chronograph with no date and lume. I’ve only checked my wrist 100 times for the date today 😂 and it’s dusk and getting hard to see the time.
Hahahahhahahaah
Lol!
This was funny :) have certain visuals in mind, if I remember what’s that, I’ll send a link. I think it’s some advertising from 15-20 years ago
Look forward to it!
Wait...back it up...
What's this reference to having a friend in the introduction?
Definitely off brand... 🙄
Sorry, I meant, non-friend. Whatever.
😬😭
😂 yes Mike. You’re the friend who inspired it. Thank you 😄👊

Pleased to hear that 😂 - hopefully you’re changing to a date-watch today haha!
I did change to watch with date display.
Really fun read😁
Cheers EG 🙏
Had a couple of unsubscribers too… I guess you can’t please everyone 😂
Presumably would-be watch thieves
Oh, most definitely. 😂
